Delete your library
Tape Territory, operated by Always on Top Entertainment LLC.
There is no password here and no account to close. A library is a random value in your browser pointing at some rows on our server. You can cut it loose yourself in a second, or write to us and we will erase it at our end.
Do it yourself, right now
- Open Yours in the menu, then Ratings.
- Remove what you want gone: ratings, saved films, hidden films, and where you stopped watching. Each can go on its own.
- To detach completely, clear this site’s cookies in your browser. The link between you and the library is broken immediately and nothing new is written.
Or ask us, and we will erase it
Write to mike@tapeterritory.com from the address you gave us, or tell us the name on the library, and say you want it deleted. We do it by hand and we do not ask why. If you never gave us an email address we have no way to find your library from the outside — in that case clear your cookies, which achieves the same thing.
What is deleted
- Your email address, if you gave us one.
- The name on your library, if you set one.
- Every rating, saved film and hidden film.
- Where you stopped watching, on every film and every episode.
- The look you picked, and your Sensory Guide choices.
- Any notes on films you wrote, published or still awaiting review.
What is kept, and for how long
- Server logs — the page asked for, the time, and the network address it came from. Kept briefly to find faults and abuse, then rotated away. They are not linked to a library and sign-in tokens are stripped out before the log is written.
- Money we were paid — if you funded a restoration, the record of that payment is kept because tax law requires it. The card number was never ours to keep: it is entered on Stripe’s page and never touches this site. Say the word and the name and message you attached come off the film’s page.
Nothing else survives. There are no advertising identifiers here, no analytics service, no profile built for advertisers, and nothing is sold or shared.
