WHAT WAS HERE BEFORE. brand/captions/one-week.vtt was the AUDIO DESCRIPTION
track -- it says so in its own header. A deaf viewer selecting captions got
descriptions of pictures they could already see, in 183 events, 115 of whose
lines broke Filmhub's 43-character limit. Description and captions are not the
same artefact and are not interchangeable.

NOTE
WHAT A DEAF VIEWER ACTUALLY LOSES. The film is SILENT and its intertitles are
on screen and readable, so captioning those would only repeat what is already
there. The one thing that cannot be read is the SCORE, which is ours. That is
what is captioned here.

oneweek-music-cues.md anchors its eight movements to intertitles, and those
anchors do not hold up against the picture:

The sheet also places "wild weather, frantic spinning chaos" at 1062-1176, but
at film 1075-1150 the storm is over: the house stands wrecked and leaning and
the couple are surveying it. So the sheet could not be used for timing.

oneweek-score-n16.wav with a 1-second RMS and spectral-centroid sweep:

The descriptions are measured too -- brightness, onset rate and level per
segment. Those measurements independently CORROBORATE the sheet's character
notes even though its anchors are wrong: 645-833 is the darkest and slowest
stretch in the score (436 Hz, onset 17.8) and the sheet calls that movement a
tender evening melody; 833-1185 is the busiest (onset 28.7) where the sheet has
tension building.

Built to Filmhub's limits: 43 characters a line, 2 lines, 25 chars/sec,
600 ms to 8000 ms per event, 42 ms between events. Atmospherics may use (parentheses)
 or [brackets] -- Filmhub accepts both and deletes only {} and <>.
